Slow Cooker Vegan Chili

In a larger slow cooker add

  • 1 can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 can Brown Beans in Tomato Sauce
  • 1 can Peaches and Cream Corn Kernels (do not use creamED corn)
  • 6 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 medium Diced Onion
  • 3/4 cup Dry Green Lentils
  • 3/4 cup Textured Vegetable Protien (TVP) or 1/2lb Vegan Ground Round
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Montreal Steak Spice
  • 2 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Peprika

In a large colander wash clean by tossing under running water

  • 2 cans 6 Bean Medley
  • 1 can Black Beans

Add beans to slow cooker. Mix well. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Enjoy.

This chili is my go to when I have to cook for a large group of people. It is always a hit with Vegans and Meat eaters a like. Pairs perfectly with cornbread.
